Instructor Pamela Scott:

Part 1: Beginning Technique (2 Months)
Saturdays  11:00am—2:00pm

This class gives beginning actors the basic tools of technique.
Group and individual work includes physical and vocal warm ups,
relaxation/concentration exercises, improvisation and sensory work. Partner
work emphasizes moment to moment truthfulness with the objective to prepare
the actor for scene study.

(After two months you may advance to Part II)

Part 2: Beginning Scene Study
Saturdays   3:00pm—6:00pm

Continuing the moment to moment work in this on-going class, scenes are
explored focusing on environment, emotional preparation and the beginnings
of character work. Personal, thorough and supportive critiques are given
about each individual’s work to prepare the actor for more advanced study.

Program Fee: $250/month. Open to all Levels. Interview Required.

NOTE: A one-time-only, non-refundable registration fee of $75 is charged to new students.
