This 3-week workshop with the award-winning Casting Director Ellen Parks will introduce actors to the film industry on a practical level and help actors successfully navigate in the professional world. The class will consist of three 3-hour sessions, with on-camera demonstrations that duplicate the environment and demands of the film industry and demystify the casting process. Actors will experience the professional context for auditioning and clarify the acting style required for television and film, using material from produced screenplays.

For actors with previous training; teacher recommendation or audition required.
