The actor’s demo reel is now one of the most important parts of professional casting submissions, often taking precedence over headshots or resumes. Is your acting demo reel working for you? We’re here to help! We’ve partnered with REELARC, the industry’s leading demo reel production company, to offer custom acting reels as part of select program offerings. This service, crafted exclusively for us at T. Schreiber Studio, brings the first cinematic quality customized reel experience to our actors at an affordable rate. While other personalized reel services can cost $1500 or more, you can save by enrolling in one of our acting intensives where the REELARC service is included. Why do I need a demo reel?
Casting needs your help to imagine where you fit in the industry. Demo reels show casting your talent and ideas of roles you could play.
Should I wait to create a demo reel until after I have some on-camera credits?
You could but casting sites like Actor’s Access will show the actors with video footage first. Some Casting Directors won’t even consider actors without a reel. What’s more -- creating a reel gives YOU more control over your image. Agents, Casting Directors, Managers need you to tell them who you are. This is your chance to do exactly that.
