Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique has been used by performers for over 100 years to manage adrenaline and remain present under stress. The principles of the Alexander Technique develop balance, ease, coordination, and poise. Greater freedom of movement means you can find ease in any moment.  

In this class, you will gain:

  • A deep understanding of how to apply the Alexander Technique to your own acting.
  • The ability to recognize and anticipate your habitual responses to tension and the know-how to suspend your habitual response to tension at will. 
  • A series of simple movement sequences to apply the Alexander Technique’s foundational principles.
