T. Schreiber Theatre Wins NYIT Award!
T. Schreiber Studio and Theatre is thrilled to announce our win for the 2011 New York Innovative Theatre Award: Outstanding Production of a Play for Balm in Gilead. The award was presented by John Patrick Shanley to our Producing Director Barbara Kielhofer at the NYIT Awards on September 19th, 2011. Thank you to our audiences, students, and supporters for making the 2010-2011 season an amazing experience. Looking forward to the 2011-2012 season (starting with Kenneth Lonergan’s Lobby Hero, previews starting October 13th). Hope to see you there!
Will this production be extended beyond Nov 20 based on current response. I know it will probably only be a guess on your part. Having discovered your wonderful theater last year, we have seen each production since “Balm in Gilead”. A six hour round trip drive for us, we hope to see “Lobby Hero, though Dec 3 may be our only opportunity to be in the city this year.
