Jennifer has been teaching the Alexander Technique for over thirty years. Formerly a performing modern dancer in NYC and currently a neonatal intensive care nurse, Jennifer originally studied the Alexander Technique to help dancers with injuries, but has discovered a way to use this technique to help infants in the NICU recover more quickly. This discovery was her impetus for becoming a teacher of the Alexander Technique.
Jennifer works privately as an Alexander teacher with actors, musicians, opera singers, the injured, seniors, athletes, infants with breathing issues, and others.
She is a TSS alumnus.
