Creating your own web series is a great way for people to see your talent as an actor AND writer.
Starting a web series can feel overwhelming -- there are so many steps! But all you need for class is an idea and your imagination. Learn from someone who knows the writing potholes to avoid and getting your script out of your head and onto the page. K. Lorrel Manning is an award-winning writer/director who works in both film and theatre. He guides actors through the process from the seed of an idea through season outline, scripted episodes, and pitching the series. He’ll help you nail down your episode 1 and beyond.

In addition to writing and directing, K. Lorrel Manning is an actor and the lead singer in the rock band La Res. His first feature film Happy New Year had its world premiere at the 2011 SXSW Film Festival and has screened at over two dozen film festivals, winning multiple awards in the U.S. and abroad. He serves as resident director at the Off-Broadway theatre company The Barrow Group.
