SOAP STORY

DAVE CARLEY (Playwright)- his plays have had over 450 productions across Canada and the United States. They include Writing with our Feet; Taking Liberties; Conservatives in Love; and an adaptation of Margaret Atwood’s The Edible Woman. His most recent work is a new drama about the death penalty, Twelve Hours. It premiered last year in Columbus, Ohio and was hailed by the Columbus Dispatch, which said, “Twelve Hours packs a lot of humanity into ninety minutes of gripping theatre.” For more on Dave, go to www.davecarley.com

JOSEPH GIARDINA (Director)- has directed at various theaters in New York City and regionally including Circle Rep Lab, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Manhattan Class Company, Playwrights Horizons, the Actors Studio, Playwrights Theatre of New Jersey and Off World Theatre.  He is currently the Managing Director of WorkShop Theater on 36th St. and he was the Education Director for the New Victory Theater and Theatre for a New Audience.  He will also be appearing in Natural Life as Virgil at the T. Schreiber Studio in March.

Michael Rehse (Brock)- is a graduate of Pace University with a BA in Computer Science, is a native of Redmond, Washington and a member of Cupcake Lady Productions, Co-Op Theatre East, Ophelia Theater Group, and the CAGE Collective. Recent credits include EverScape (Gil, NYC Fringe 2015), Easier Said Than Done (Nathan, PCTF 2015), and The Long Rail North (Sgt Maj Vickers, PCTF 2015). Other favorite credits include Comedy of Errors (Antipholus of Syracuse, NYC Fringe 2014),Things I Left on Long Island (Stephen, NYC Fringe 2014), The Importance of Being Earnest (Algernon), and Hamlet (Hamlet).

WES HAGER (Adrian)- is an American Actor/Writer/Producer who lives in Manhattan, Newyork. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.His mother Debbie and Father Scott both reside there and his younger brother Jake is involved with professional baseball. He is the founder of Triple Seven Pictures Production company. Wes has worked on a variety of Independent feature films, Television shows, Theatre, and Commercials.He was fortunate enough to receive a basketball scholarship from a small Division one school called Longwood University in Virginia. DANI BAUM (Chantal)- is an actress, writer, producer & proud native New Yorker. Theatre credits include; The Seagull (Nina) The Children’s Hour (Martha) Women of Manhattan (Billie) Who Mourns for Bob the Goon? (Sybil) The Orientation (Benjy) Ringmaster (Dana) The Queens of France (Madame Pugeot) and Why I am a Bachelor, which Dani directed. Film credits include; Don Peyote with Anne Hathaway, Making the Day with Dan Fogler, Afterschool with Ezra Miller and I Am Will Ferrel with David Hasselhoff and Fred Willard, among many others. Rachel Cora Wood (Dru)- is a dedicated member of SAG-AFTRA & AEA, based here in New York City.
