This workshop is designed to delve deep into sensory relaxation. Actors will discover how awakening sensorial experiences can impact the way they embody characters and deliver text.

Class will begin with a deep relaxation exercise, followed by a guided awakening of your sensorial experience. Afterwards, actors may choose to play with a couple of lines of text to see how the exercises have impacted their experience of the words. The workshop is designed so that actors practice techniques in class that they can later access quickly before a performance.

Future opportunities will arise in the upcoming months.
