David Bowie is back. He’s come out of hiding, announced his first studio album in over a decade, and yesterday he released a video for the second single, “Stars (Are Always Out).” As could likely be predicted, the video does not contain standard video fare: instead, clocking in at six minutes, it’s more like a short film starring Bowie and Tilda Swinton.
